福島県白河市にある蔵を改装した複合飲食施設
『楽蔵』内にある肉料理ビストロ
週替りのランチメニューがあり
この日は煮込みハンバーグと麻婆豆腐カレー
注文したのは
●『イタリアン煮込みハンバーグ
ガーリッククリームソース』¥1430
程よい酸味とワインの風味あるトマトソースに
香りや味のキツくないコクのある
ガーリッククリームソースが美味しい
肉肉しいハンバーグは煮込みの為
ジューシーさは無いがソースとの相性は○
カボチャのワインビネガー煮の酸味や
サツマイモの素揚げの甘みも良いアクセント
サフランライスにはクミンシード入りで
ぷちぷちした食感と香りがええね
店内は暖房が余り効いてないのか足元が寒く
女性はひざ掛けを使うか防寒して行くとええかも
美味しそうな肉料理夜メニューがあり
少量も相談で作れるらしく１人で飯飲みにも○
近かったら夜行ってみたいお店でした
