あっさりとし過ぎない、しっかりと野生味を感じられるエゾジカは超好みでした✨ワインとベリー系のソースが甘酸っぱくて本当に美味しい♡

こちらもシンプルで余計なものが入っていない感じが美味しかったです◎しっかりと旨みがあり、コテコテしておらずフレッシュ‼︎
