新白河の海鮮系居酒屋。
この居酒屋も何回か訪問した事がありますが、毎回混んでいて丁重にお断りされるというのが通例。
平日の夜でもそれなりに客が入っていますから、夜の白河では屈指の人気店と言えるでしょう。
店内は広く客席数が多いです。
海鮮系が強い居酒屋と聞いていましたが、肉料理もそれなりに揃っています。
台風シーズン真っ只中ということで、残念ながら刺身の品揃えは少ないですね。
クラゲ、スルメイカ、鱸、金目鯛、帆立、宮城県雄勝産の生牡蠣。
他に本日のおすすめで興味深いところでは、玉蜀黍のかき揚げと秋刀魚の塩焼きくらいか。
酒の肴として注文した料理は下記。
・スルメイカ刺し
・宮城県雄勝産の生牡蠣
・トウモロコシのかき揚げ
・牛アキレス玉子スープ
・麓山高原豚の一口ひれかつ
・黒毛和牛ステーキ
〆の食事は天むすとしじみの味噌汁。
味はまあ普通でしょうね。
黒毛和牛ステーキの味は微妙ですね。
肉質の肌理の細かさはそれらしいですが、和牛本来の旨味が全く感じられない。
やはり海鮮系の店には台風シーズンに訪問すべきではないですね。
季節とタイミングが良ければ、とんでもない逸品にお目にかかれそうな店ではあります。
