魚を食べたい思い、新白河駅周辺を探しました。
近くの一件目は満席で、途中、表に活魚と出ていたので、ここにしました。
一応、布で仕切ってあるので、隣のお客の顔はわからないようになっています。
テーブルがメインで、座敷はなかったと思います。
メニューは豊富で、どれにするか迷います。無国籍料理のような店でしょうか。
インテリアもアジアかアフリカ系の木製の人形？
今日は魚・・刺し盛り３点盛、あじなめろう、焼き鳥、枝豆、炒め物、など
和を中心に頼みました。ほか、炒め物、焼き物等たくさんありました。
刺し盛りですが、マグロ赤身、サーモン、白身？だったのですが、赤身が熟成されていたのか、
非常に旨いづけにしてご飯を食べたいくらいでした。
サーモンとなにかの白身も厚く、食べにくいなと思っていたのですが、
そうでもなく、厚みがあった分より味がわかりました。
なめろうも旨い。酒がすすみます。
ヤキトリは残念ながら、普通です。ちょっと焼過ぎ感がありました。
生ビールは二種類ありました。
お酒は日本酒を注文。
地酒も全国的に有名でなくてもいい選択をしています。
会津の天明、国権、天栄村、廣戸川 古殿町 一歩己 などがあったでしょうか。
また寄りたいと思います。
