How many years has it been?
On this day, the temperature was only about 2°C even during the day, so I came here for the first time in a while looking for something warm. There were 3 groups of customers ahead of me, so I signed up on the waiting board and waited 30 minutes. Why did I have to wait so long when there were empty seats? Is it because the turnover is slow or they're not efficient? I ordered vegetable miso Ramen, green onion miso Ramen gyoza and Gyoza / Dumpling set. The bowl arrived in about 10 minutes. As you can see, the green onion miso Ramen is topped with a huge amount of spicy green Gyoza / Dumpling, but when I tried to mix it up and eat it, I found that there were bean sprouts underneath the green onion! Is the bean sprouts adding bulk? I guess I really do like Asaka Shoji's green onion Ramen. However, the gyoza, which is delicious when eaten with the rich miso and thick noodles mixed together, was doused in vinegar, but the vinegar here was too sweet and I couldn't stand the vinegar here.

Along National Route 4. 1 minute by car from Shirakawa IC. 5 minutes by car from Shin-Shirakawa Station. This ramen shop is famous for its miso.
The thick, cloudy miso soup, made with aged Hokkaido blended miso, goes perfectly with the noodles made in-house. In addition to the most popular "Aka Misoya Ramen," there are many other dishes on the |
Less than a week later, I came to Akamiso-ya again. It was a Saturday after 2pm and I had a late lunch. The restaurant was empty at this time. I thought the same thing the last time I came, but the staff were all cheerful. This time, I ordered Akamiso-ya Ramen Miso Butter Corn Ramen which is the same name as the restaurant. I thought the same thing last time, but this time too, there was a lot of bean sprouts. I could do with a little less. Unfortunately, the soft-boiled egg wasn't soft-boiled this time. I only drank the soup for the miso butter corn Ramen, but the butter made the soup mild and rich. Anyway, thank you for the meal.
