新白河駅の東口近くに、元ゆがふの店長が満を持して開店しました。
店名は、店長が大好きな、北海道の某有名番組から来ています。
前のお店が沖縄料理店だったので、その時の料理を継承しています。
さらには、マスターお得意なパスタ系の洋食もあり、大好きな北海道の創作料理もあり、
ちゃんぷるー的（沖縄方言で混ぜこぜ）な、お店となっています。(笑)
たぶんだけど、沖縄料理にとらわれない自由なお店がやってみたかったんじゃないかと。
なので、これからどう変化していくのか楽しみなお店です。
