これは福島県にある寿司屋で、行くにはかなりの努力が必要だ。東京からだと、電車と車を組み合わせてできるだけ早く行く必要があるが、それでもトータルで3時間近くかかる！
朝、東京を車で出発し、この店を訪れ、その後観光をして、夕方、夕食後に東京に戻ることにした。結果的にはいい決断だったと思う！いわき湯本温泉のような、硫黄の強いお湯のある素敵な温泉街を訪れることができた！
昼食にこの店を訪れ、1130時のスタートを選び、一人7000円の握りだけのコースメニューを選んだ。日本酒を数杯注文して、合計金額は10,000円ほどだった！
コースメニューには握り寿司が12品も含まれていたので、食べ過ぎないコースメニューを楽しめて大満足。
この日のお気に入りはイクラ、コハダ、車海老。特に車海老の握りは感動的だった！中まで完全に半熟で、こんなに美しい食感の車海老は滅多に食べたことがない。
大将はとても気さくな方で、大将や他のお客さんとの会話も楽しめました。午前11時半にスタートしたにもかかわらず、コースを終えたのは午後13時前だった。福島の日本酒もたくさんあり、今まで飲んだことのない日本酒とのペアリングも楽しめた！
