妻と2人でランチに訪問。
福島への小旅行でのお昼にこちらの店をチョイス。
場所は、岩城棚倉駅からの10分ちょっとの所。
棚倉城跡からほど近く、駐車場も6台ほど完備されており、車で来られる方が多そう。
土曜日にお伺いしたので、予め予約し、自分はおまかせのコース。妻は特上を注文。

と、特上、おまかせ、それぞれ特徴のある構成。
特上は、代表的な江戸前で扱われるネタを中心に。おまかせは、基本を抑えつつキスやメヒカリ等サプライズも交えた形。
キスは生で、メヒカリは寿司でどちらも初めて食べたが、今まで食べたことが無かったのが残念に思えるほど寿司ネタとして素晴らしかった。
当然、他のネタの鮮度やツメや塩などそれぞれにあった味で提供されるネタ。シャリのほぐれ具合、大きさ、どれも一級品。
カウンターでは、大将が様々な話題を提供してくれ、決して客を飽きさせないおもてなしを含めてとても素晴らしいランチとなった。
関東に無いのが残念だが、必ず再訪したいお店。
