いわきで喰い散らかし！

先週、突撃するはずだったお店。
行く途中、お店の少し手前でラーメン屋に出会う。
浮気してしまって行かなかったのです。
ということで…
改めて、突撃してみました。
泉駅の南側の駅前にあるお店です。
ちょっと迷いましたが、店名を冠しているということで選択。
特製まつやチャンポン（￥920）をいただくことに。
少し待たされて登場です。
スープは、塩ベースでしょうかね。
海鮮、特に貝類の出汁が色濃く出ている味わい。
それと野菜の適度な甘みもあわさってる。
やや味濃いめでコクのあるスープといったところ。
麺は、中太のちぢれ麺。
やや柔わめな食感ではあるがまあまあかな。
正直、具に気がいって、あまり麺の印象が残っていないのが実情。
チャーシューは、肉厚で噛み応えがある。
脂がほどよくあって、肉の旨みもあってなかなか。
海老は、お頭付き。
結構海老の味噌の味わいが楽しめる。
牡蠣？は、御免なさい。
野菜は、具沢山でたっぷり。
もやしと白菜がメインでしんなりとした食感。
パプリカの赤、黄色とニラ・わかめの緑。
特製というだけある具のバラエティさ。
食べ応えもあってなかなかのチャンポンです。
