You can choose between soy sauce and salt for Ramen. There are nine seats at the counter and two tables. The interior is bright and somewhat stylish. The base is chicken broth. It has a strong, emulsified pork bone aroma. It is thick and has a moderate saltiness, but it doesn't linger. It has no unpleasant odor or flavor, and the words "the broth is carefully extracted" are perfect. The soup is a little monotonous, but it is ingeniously made with thin strips of spring onion and rock seaweed, so you won't get bored of it. The pork slices are firm and meaty, and go well with the soup. The bamboo shoots are slightly sweet and seem to have been soaked in oil, making it a good choice for changing up the flavor. It is thick, but refreshing, almost without any artificial flavorings. You can even drink up the soup.
