When I was wandering around Yonomaira looking for a sake brewery, I saw this signboard. I often eat grilled hormones next to the hall in Fukushima, but I'm suddenly concerned about the quality of the food in the Iwaki area. I was tempted by the all-you-can-drink sign for 1,980 yen, so I ended up going in. I visited around 21:00, and since it was a weekday, the store was about one-third full. All-you-can-drink, the famous ohakomori (240g) for 1,429 yen, and salted cabbage for 329 yen. Please have a raw drink. The beer is pre-molded, but since it's all-you-can-drink, I can't really complain about that. Pour it in with 3 shots, then move to a beam highball from the second shot. The appetizer is King Kingfish and shrimp. Am I the only one who wants to order an extra dish of offal if it means paying more than 400 yen for the appetizer? Salted cabbage has a strong overall flavor. It's just sprinkled with ready-made salt sauce, but it's great as a snack. A mix of 5 kinds of hormones, Ohakomori is an assortment of liver, shiro, marucho, etc. The taste isn't bad and I think it's fresh, but it's also salty and has a strong flavor. The seasoning was sloppy, and I didn't feel like it was a bit of an issue. I ordered Hormone Yukhoe (989 yen) as an addition to my sake. Low-temperature-cooked tongue, heart, senmai sashimi, and grilled skirt steak with offal yukhoe lined up on a plate. All in all, the taste isn't bad. However, this one also has a very salty impression. I dutifully replaced the white hoppy, black hoppy, and medium from the Beam High with the salted lemon sour and the oolong high, but I can't deny that the seasoning of these meats was too strong and the sake tasted better. The bill was about 5,000 yen with this content. I don't think it's bad in terms of cost-effectiveness, but it makes the meat too salty. I don't think the freshness is bad, but I get the impression that the strong seasoning makes it difficult to understand the fine nuances of the meat's freshness and original taste. I think it's good for a big group of people to have a good time, but it's not a restaurant where you can sit down and thoroughly enjoy the deliciousness of offal. Thank you for the meal.
