11月限定の大粒牡蠣に惹かれついつい入店。
ここはメインだけではなく水をはじめ
毎朝精米しているご飯 シャキシャキキャベツに人参ドレッシング 味噌汁のクオリティ高く美味しい。
そしておかわり自由
※ここのドレッシングは地元スーパーで販売されており、我が家では人参ドレッシングを愛用してます。
今日のメインはみそひれかつと牡蠣フライ。
目の前の揚げたてのカツに味噌だれをかけます。
店員さんの説明も丁寧。
あえていうのであれば、時間の経過と共に味噌だれに浸ったとんかつはカリカリ感がなくなるため私はやっぱり熟成ロースカツと改めて感じました。
