デミグラスソースは、今やコンビニ弁当でもお惣菜でもファミレスでも、どこでも美味しい時代。
でも、美味しすぎやしませんか？
どこで食べても似たような、少し味が濃くて旨味成分がたっぷりな感じの、大企業が勝ち残りをかけてレシピが編み出される、セントラルキッチン（工場）で大量生産される、お店にはパッケージで届けられる、絶対的に美味しい、あの味。
このお店では、今、世間に沢山ある、あの味ではない、デミグラスソースを味わえます。
味覚は子供のうちに育てられると聞きました。
あの味に慣れた若い人たちには、物足りなく感じるのかなと、不安もあります。
でも、ぜひ、子どもたちと若い人たちに食べて欲しい。
