今日は午前中に、会津若松駅近くのスーパー銭湯「富士の湯」へ母、妹と温泉に行った帰りに、久しぶりに会津若松では老舗のグリル けやき亭へ来店。
一人1500円の予算内でと言うことで
ハンバーグセットをオーダー。BGMの
ピアノのなかでゆったりした、ランチ。
作り置きしない店なので、待つ。
しばらくして、前菜頂く、サクサク食感の
パンに、ツナと玉ねぎのサラダがのったカナッペ、しばらくして、メインの和牛ハンバーグが登場。ハンバーグの付け合わせは、ニンジンのグラッセとマッシュポテト&ブロッコリー。ハンバーグは柔らかでデミグラスソースの酸味とほんのりした苦味がベストマッチ
母も柔らかなハンバーグなので、美味しそうに食べる。会津「新鶴産コシヒカリ」の
ごはんを残しそうなので、自分皿に取り分け
る。久々にゆったりしたランチ！
サラダを食べ終わり、母と妹が食べ終わるのを待つ、最後に、コーヒー、妹が頼んだ
ベークドチーズケーキを三人でシェア。
レモンの香りがする。ゆったり1時間かけ
食事を終わる、母と妹、自分満足な時間
