若松食堂のラーメン、ミニソースカツ丼、美味しかったです。ラーメンのスープは豚骨と鶏ガラで、野菜の甘味を感じるやさしいスープです。煮干しや鰹節等は感じられません。まさしく昭和時代の中華そばのラーメンスープです。麺は会津若松飲食業組合の中太麺で、ツルツルがバツグンです。ここのチャーシューが絶品です。噛み応えを残し、噛むごとに肉の旨味があふれます。ミニソースカツ丼は、薄目のカツとソースの相性が最高です。会津ソースカツ丼発祥のお店としての貫禄を感じます。店主はご高齢ですが丁寧な仕事です。昭和5年創業で、会津地方でも屈指の老舗です。創業当時からソースカツ丼を提供しており、会津ソースカツ丼発祥のお店となっています。店主と娘さんの二人での対応ですが、とても親切でゆっくりと食事を楽しむことができます。店内は暖房が弱めですので、暖かい服装でおでかけください。駐車場はお店の向かい側に3台分あります。おすすめです。
