久し振りのさぶろく亭さん。
コロナ禍にも関わらず相変わらずの繁盛ぶりでした。
ここは卵焼きが美味しいんだ！という声を聞いて早速注文。
さぶろく亭さんの卵焼きは初めて頂きました。
ホンとだ～。
美味しかったです。
お出汁たっぷりのふわふわタイプで、一人で全部食べられそう。
色もキレイですね✨
低温でじっくり焼いているのかな？
卵焼きと銀杏、牡蠣をつまみに日本酒を2～3種類…。
幸せ～。
席数が少ない人気店なので予約は必須です。
なかなか予約が取れなくて足が遠退いていましたが、久し振りに来れて良かった。
日本酒が好きな方に人気の、雰囲気もお料理も良いお店です。
