会津観光に来たので、昼食には当地メシを是非とも食べなきゃと言うことで、定番の喜多方ラーメンにしました。
食べログで検索し、会津若松駅から近いこの店に決定。
僕自身年齢的にコッテリ系は若干辛いので、この喜多方ラーメンは有り難いです。
麺の硬さなどはリクエストしませんでしたが、中太ちぢれ麺の歯応え、喉越しも良く、美味しく頂きました。
飽きが来ない味だと思います。ご馳走様でした。
