会津地方滞在2日目に東山温泉から周遊バスに乗って伺いました。
YouTubeで紹介されていて、おしゃれな内装と美味しそうなお料理に惹かれて予約しました。
一言で、このお店を表現するならとにかく料理が美味しい。
まずは、郷土料理や地元食材の料理。にしんの山椒漬け、馬刺し、こづゆ、会津地鶏、アスパラガス、どれを食べても美味しい。
また、料理の提供が早い。美味しくて食が進みます。もちろん地酒も豊富で希少なお酒も扱っています。
普段、酒場で米を食べることがほとんどないのですが、会津地鶏のあまりのおいしさに、卵にも期待感が膨らみ、〆の卵かけご飯までいただきました。
この日ははしご酒をしようと思っていましたが、お店の居心地が良く長居をしてしまいはしご酒を断念しました。
郷土料理と地元食材を楽しみたいのなら、行くべきお店です。
