会津若松といえば、中心地は七日町だそうですが、なかなか期待通りのお店がありません。
メニューはどこもふつうで、お酒も意外にちゃんとしたのがなかったり（実際にはあるのかもしれませんが）、
そして雪の中、歩いていたら見つけました。
蔵造で中を改装しているらしく、外からだとなんのお店かよくわかりません。
お店から出てきた人に聞いてみて入りました。
入ってみたら、写真のような光景が。
雪国らしい演出。日本酒も全国にはあまり出回ってないものが出てきました。
日本酒はもともとあまり力を入れてないようですが、こだわりがわかります。
そして料理は、創作力あふれます。どれもフレンチ系？これにエスニックが合わさったような。
ひとこと、おいしいです。
店内は若いお客さんが多かったのですが、若い人からするとちょっと高めに感じるかも。
しかしある程度の年代の人なら、この内容でこの料金？？
