祝10周年の花輪。
飲食店でも会社でも10年続けるというのは難しい事です。
会津若松市は午後9時を過ぎると入れる店が極端に少なくなりますね。
壁掛けのホワイトボードには本日のおすすめ料理。
品書きには居酒屋定番の一品料理。
刺身、焼き物、揚げ物、蒸し物、串物、サラダ、食事と幅広い品揃えですが、料理の品数はむやみに増やさずに自信作だけを提供している感じですかね。
刺身で常時提供しているのはマグロ、ソデイカ、タコ、サーモンの4種。
内陸の会津ということで敢えてこの４種なのでしょうね。
着目すべきはソデイカ。
ソデイカは冷凍することで味が格段に良くなりますから。
ソデイカを扱うという一点にこちらの店の真髄のようなものを垣間見たような気がします。
リーズナブルな定番料理を安定供給。
いつもと同じ酒と肴。
