暑くなると蕎麦をツルっと頂きたくなります。
そこで「かんのや」さんに訪問した次第。
本業は仕出しや宴会ですが、ランチ営業も行っています。
平日の12時前だったため、先客は2組でしたが、12時を回るとぞろぞろと。
メニューの名称は失念しましたが、ざるそばと天ぷらのセットを注文しました。
蕎麦は時期もあるので香りはわずかに感じる程度。
やや硬めに茹で加減ですが、コシは自然な食感。
ややモソっとした舌触りだったのが残念ですが、「手打ち蕎麦」の満足感があります。笑
ツユは出汁もカエシも薄めですが甘味が強い味。
天婦羅は油切れがやや悪く感じますが、素材のほっくり感が良い揚げ具合です。
蕎麦が本業のお店にはやや見劣りしますが、価格の抑えている点が、人気の理由でしょう。
