Asahi Alpa Building stands in the center of Aizuwakamatsu City's night entertainment district. I heard that there was a bar on the first floor of this building that I usually pass by that serves a wide variety of Horse Meat Dishes, so I stopped by for a drink even though I had something to do. ``Nomura'' is quietly located in a dead-end alley on the first floor. This Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) style stands out in a building crowded with snack bars and other bars. The counter immediately after entering was fully booked due to social distancing. So even though I was alone, I was allowed to go to a parlor in the back. I'm sorry, I really meant to have a drink... I ordered draft beer out of reflex. I peruse the menu while soaking my lips in the creamy foam that's immediately served to me. The menu is quite extensive and has a reasonable price range. This is a great lineup for people who want to drink and eat a lot. Also, there was a horse meat menu separate from the grand menu, so I took a look at that as well. The horse sashimi and liver sashimi were within the expected range, but there are also some rare dishes such as ``stir-fried yubinuki'' and ``suji stew.'' I thought it would be a stew in my mood, so I chose ``suji stew.'' It was served at about the same time as my second beer. Well, it looks delicious, but how does it taste...oh, it tastes good! It's not as salty as it looks, just the right amount of sweet and spicy. Above all, the simmering tendon is delicious. I wanted to go on and try some sake, but that's all for today. Although it was only a short visit, I could feel the potential of the store. Next time I want to eat and drink a lot.
