This is my first time staying in Aizuwakamatsu other than on a private trip. Came here at the invitation of a local. We enjoyed not only Aizu's local sake, but also Local Cuisine. Sakura sashimi eaten with garlic-flavored mustard miso, and the signature squid, carrots, and herring pickled in Japanese pepper. Local sake is on the way. The sashimi of fish brought in from Iwaki, Niigata, and Kesennuma was also good. There are fish from Iwaki that I am deeply moved by, but I decided to consume them. By the way, this was the first time I had eaten raw horse meat. It's pretty cool.
