金曜日17時半訪問。
駅直結ということで利用。6時で閉店なので、本来夕食用のお店ではないようだ。
会津山塩ラーメンとミニソースカツ丼セット
この辺りの名物を二つとも味わえるセットに。
ラーメンの麺は、喜多方ラーメンの特徴である、加水率高めのピロピロ麺。
スープは店名にあるように、塩を使った、超あっさり麺。
これだけあっさりで、すするとじんわりと口の中に旨味が広がる。シンプルだけど、とてもうまい。
ミニソースカツ丼も、ミニというには立派な量。
私はソースカツ丼より、普通のカツ丼派だが、ソースカツの方が、肉の旨味をダイレクトに感じられるかもと思った。
それとシンプルなようだがソースの酸味と、キャベツの食感とか実は結構考えられている食べ物。
