以前訪問した時に、味噌を注文したので、今度は、醤油にチャレンジしようと思い、土曜日の11時半頃、訪問しました。既に混み始めて駐車場が、たまたま１台空いてたので、入れました。
自販機に行くと、土日限定の文字が見え、めったに土日は来ないと思ったので塩を注文。麺は中太のちぢれ。かた目の食感がまさに自家製麺。チャーシューも低温熟成で、ここでしか食べれないものです。全体的にこだわりのラーメンですが、普通の分厚いチャーシューの方が好みかな？二色のスープもあんまり必要ではない気がします。
美味しいですが、コスパは？微妙です。しかし、
おねえさんの接客は100点です。
