会津若松市のうえんでで食べた山塩ラーメンが忘れられず、会津山塩ラーメンを提供する会津美里町のつかささんへ初訪問。注文したのは会津山塩チャーシュー麺¥1,100。たくさんのチャーシューに梅干しが目を引きます。山塩の甘さも感じる動物出汁の透き通ったスープに麺はモチモチのちぢれ中太麺。そして厚みのあるチャーシューが7枚。肉厚の高田梅が良い仕事をします。辛いのが苦手なので使いませんでしたが、もみじおろしを入れて味変もありかと。美味しかったです。ただぬるくはなかったのですが熱くもないスープだったので、熱い状態で提供してもらえれば4.0以上の評価になったと思います。ごちそうさまでした(´∀｀)
