志那そば（中華そば） 800円 いただきました。
朝7時から車飛ばして180㎞4時間掛けて喜多方へ待つ事40分。
待ってる間に写真の人たちが、〇猿の撮影でしょうか岡●、東●、ロバート秋●さんたちがお店の中に、
秋●さんが待っているお客さんたちに「すいません、取材なもんで、すいません」私たちを気づかう言葉を。
しかし速攻食べてました。
彼らを見ながら志那そばを注文。
カウンター席に着き暫し待ち着丼。
あっさりしたスープ、やっぱりこれは美味しいですー。
平打ち縮れ麺は硬めで食べ応えがあり、チャーシューも美味しいです。
本場の喜多方ラーメンは来て食べないと美味しさはわかりません。
