久しぶりのはせ川さん！！これで三回目の訪問です(*´-`)地元仙台から友人が遊びに来てくれたので喜多方ラーメンを布教しました♪笑
今回は、いつも頼む淡麗醤油中華そばに「霜降り背脂」を豪勢にトッピング！！
鶏ガラに煮干しをあわせた風味豊かなあっさりスープにモチモチの平太麺！これぞまさに喜多方ラーメン(*´∀｀*)♪
さらに真っ赤に輝く味玉に迫力満点の柔らかチャーシュー！相変わらず最高です！！
霜降り背脂のおかげでスープに甘みやとろみも加わってご飯が進む感がマシマシに・・・。
会津に遊びに来てくれる人みんなにここを紹介してるけど、みんな毎回大満足してくれます。
皆さんも日本三大ラーメンのひとつ、喜多方ラーメンを食べにぜひいらしてください！
