福島の山に登山の合間に寄りました。
祝日の昼13:30頃到着すると待ちは７番目。
待合コーナーで暖を取っていると半時間強で呼び出されました。
券売機で醤油の大判チャーシュー麺。ごはん類は売り切れとのことで大盛りにしました。
待つこと約5分で提供されます。
先ずはスープ。煮干しの効いた醤油がいい感じ。喜多方らしい味ですね。
麺は喜多方の王道である中太縮れ麺。
茹で具合も丁度よく、スープに絡んで美味いです。
大判のチャーシューは見た目のインパクトもありますが、よく煮込まれてホロホロで美味い。
少し小さい２枚目もありますが、少し薄目ではありますが、ラーメンとの組み合わせは最強と思いました。
大盛り(普通盛り170gに対して大盛り340gと倍らしい）は麺が器にぎっしり入っている感じで、最初食いきれないかも、と思いましたが、後半、胡椒を振って少し味変し、ズリズリ行くうちに問題なく完食できました。
ただし、となりの20代の男女カップルの男性も大盛りを食い始めましたが、完食できるか不安、と笑いながら言っていました。
喜多方ラーメンは大好きなのですが、お気に入りのお店が増えました。
こちらのお店も人気店なのも頷ける味でした。
