月曜日は喜多方ラーメンの本場の喜多方市にやってきました。自動車専用の道路が出来たりとアクセスしやすくなりましたね。前に来た時は食べログしていなかったので、来たのはいつだか覚えてませんねw
さて、なみえは臨時休業でお休みだったのではせ川さんに来てみると１時間早く開店のようで、10時から食べれるみたいですね。喜一さんの記帳台に名前を書いてから戻って来るとちょうど開店．８番目に入店しました。すでに醤油ラーメンに味玉の食券は購入済みです。
１０分くらいでラーメンが提供されます。味玉は別皿です。まずはスープから豚骨ベースのあっさりしてますが深みのある味ですね。飲みやすくて美味しいです。
麺は中細の平打ちで喉越しの良い麺で噛んだ時の食感も良かったですよ。やはり麺が旨いですね。
トッピングはチャーシュー、メンマとネギです。シンプルですが、豚バラチャーシューがやはり旨い、醤油の味付けが絶妙です。
最初から美味しいラーメンでした。さすが人気のあるお店ですね。近くにあったら毎日食べに来ますね。美味しい一軒目でした。
