宴会でコース料理を注文しました。
3,000円のコースですが、郷土料理を中心に、品数は食べきれないほど出てきました。
ただ、ほとんど満席のお店を、たった２人で切り盛りしていたので、全てが出終わるまでに、２時間半もかかりました。
中には「もう帰りたい……」とごねる人も出てきたりしましたので、幹事としてはいたたまれなかったです。
料理は、鰊の山椒漬けや馬肉料理など、会津ならではの料理が提供され、とてもおいしかっただけに、その点だけが残念です。
