2022年7月15日 訪問時間11時45頃(自分と自分の母と5歳3ヶ月の長女と3歳の次女にて)
ママを埼玉に残して、僕と子供達と一泊二日で喜多方へ行きました。
ラーメンを食べには坂内にも行きますがこちらの方に訪問する頻度が多いです。
昼時でも待たずに入れますしね。
今回、僕の母と子供達とでこちらのお店へ入店しました。
次女は自分の母と初対面ですが、ラインのビデオ通話では何度も話しているので、会ったとたんにすぐなついていました。
今回注文をお願いしたのは
《自分》 ●【チャーシューメン】税込950円
《母》 ●【ラーメン】税込700円
《長女と次女》●【ラーメン】税込700円を半分ずつ
【感想】
☆チャーシューメン→かなり煮干しの風味が前面に出たスープです。旨みたっぷりのチャーシューはとろとろで、チャーシューだけ持ち帰りもした事があるくらい美味しいです。
ただ正直、喜多方ラーメンにはここまでの煮干し感が無くてもいいかなって感想です。
☆接客→ホールでは広い店内をおばちゃんが一人で動き回っています。愛想は悪くはないですが、特別良いわけでもありません。
☆雰囲気→広い小上がり席があり、地元の方々で賑わう店内です。
パッと見、観光客らしきお客は見当たりません。
もう1つの看板メニュー、「スタミナ激辛麺」を食べてる方が多い様ですね。辛さも選べて僕も食べた事がありますが、今日はシンプルにチャーシューメンの気分でした。
