2023年9月下旬の訪問。
久しぶりに訪れた喜多方、すでに一杯ラーメンを頂いた後に、「せっかく喜多方に来たのに一杯ラーメンだけじゃ勿体無い」となり「もう一軒、もう一杯ラーメンを食べよう」となりラーメンマップに目を落とします。
スタンダードな？ラーメンだけでなく辛味噌ラーメンなど、数種類のラーメンがあるこちらに目が止まりこちらへ。
ランチを少し過ぎた時間の平日、それでも店内には数組のお客さんがいました。
奥のお座敷、テーブル席へ案内案内されてメニューを眺めます。
悩んだ末に私は冷やしラーメン・・・
しかし、時期もののようで店員さんから「すみません。今はやってません。」との事でチャーシュー麺に変更、それに半チャーハンに餃子、妻は辛味噌ラーメンに決定。
チャーシュー麺はチャーシューが丼を覆ってます。
半チャーハンは結構なボリューム。
一人前と言っても差し障りありません。
しっかりパラリと仕上がったチャーハンです。
餃子はニンニクが程よく効いていて思わずビールが欲しくなる感じですが、車の運転が控えていたので我慢・・・
妻がとった激辛みそラーメンも辛いだけでなくしっかりとした旨味が感じられる美味しいラーメンでした。
満足してお勘定を済ませている際に、店内に貼られた麺類などの写真を確認。
タンメンや様々な麺類がありますが、どれも美味しそうでした。
喜多方ラーメンというと、醤油味の縮れ麺という先入観がありましたが、こういった様々な麺類が頂けるこちらのお店、良いと思いました。
また喜多方に来たらお邪魔したいと思います。
