休憩がてら、ランチをすることにしました。
直売所、テラス席などあるから、ペット連れも多かったです。
週末限定メニュー、十割蕎麦と書いてあったので珍しいものには惹かれてしまいます(*´∀｀)
食券を買ってカウンターに出したら番号呼ばれるまで待ちます。
★会津地鶏親子丼
あれ、写真の黄身は黄色くピカリしてるが･･)
真ん中に黄身が乗っており、汁だくだくです。
玉ねぎのしゃきしゃき感は多少残っており、卵も半熟ではあるものの、味つけは出汁が足りないというかパンチが無い。
黄身を潰して、まろやかに！
って、元々まろやかなお味です(笑)
ビックリしたのが、鶏肉3片しか無い(*￣∇￣)ノ
会津は水が美味しいはずなのに(*´-`)
ご飯もシャバシャバだから、より美味しくない(*´-`)
★そば御膳(冷)
十割蕎麦に、天ぷら(アスパラ、大葉、ピーマン、海老、茄子、みょうが、南瓜)
天ぷらはサクサク、衣は薄めです。
蕎麦は歯ごたえがあり、太め田舎蕎麦タイプです。
うーん、蕎麦粉の香りはあまり(*´-`)
よく考えれば、道の駅にしては良い方なのかもしれません(о´∀`о)
食べ終えてから、産直野菜をリーズナブルに買えたので満足でした(*≧∀≦*)
