2日目の夜はホテル近くの中華で〆ます。向かったのは岐阜駅からチョイと車で行った所にある『開化亭』。bronze、百名店、4点台となれば予約は必須。
19時に到着、店内は半数位。あれっ！？満席じゃないんだ！？まぁコレから来るんだろと思ってコース料理13,200円(税込)のスタートです。
全料理8品+デザートでした。
簡単に言うと下記の料理達でした。

⚫︎前菜 どれも旨いが緑が少なかった ○
⚫︎春巻き 海老好きには堪らない ◎
⚫︎甘鯛四川炒め 辛さも程良く ◎
⚫︎アワビ なぜ柔らかいのか想像外 ◎
⚫︎和牛ステーキ ソースがまた旨いよ ◎
⚫︎担々麺(選択) 想定内 △
⚫︎チャーハン(選択) 想定内 △
総評としては料理は普通の出来栄えからひと味違ったところがとにかく美味しかったです‼️
その中で評価を付けると上記になります‼️その中でも◎は大変美味しく頂きました(*≧∀≦*)
〆の麺とライスだけはそこまでのインパクトではなかったのでその他の料理ほど驚きはなかった。
店員さんのサービスは決して悪くはないけど、細かい所のプラスαのなるほどねぇって所がなかったかな。テーブル上だとか、トイレなどなど。
帰る際もこの日は半分位のお客だけでした。4.07なのに何でだろう・・まぁ岐阜県だとそうゆう感じなのかなぁ。でも料理は美味しく頂き満足出来ました‼️
