事前にネットで12000円のコースを予約しました。
当日、コースとは別にフカヒレステーキ24000円を追加しました。
お料理はどれもとても美味しいです。
揚げ餃子から始まるのですが、コレがかなり期待値を上げてくれます。それほど好きな揚げ餃子です。
春巻きはパリパリで、それなのにエビがプリプリしていた素晴らしいです。
コースについているフカヒレも美味しかったですが、別注文したフカヒレはとても大きく繊維が太く食感が凄かったです。フカヒレのスープもコクがありあっという間に完食してしまいました。
鮑もソースとの組み合わせが最高で本当に美味しい鮑でした。メインのお肉も中華でこんなに美味しいお肉はなかなか無いと思います。
〆の担々麺も完璧で最後の最後まで美味しくて大満足でした。
また予約したいと思います。
