とりあえず先に言うと美味しすぎて結構やばかった…(語彙力)笑
もうええ、こんなコスパよくこんな美味しいのが食べれるの！？って感じ
岐阜にあるからか、わからないけど予約困難店ではないし行きたい時に行けるって言うのもすごい良いポイントだと思う（ ; ; ）♡
はじめに出された雲丹とホタテのバターソース包み的なやつは、バターソースが入ってるから一口で食べてくださいね♪っていわれて一口で食べるんだけど口の中に旨みが広がってたまらなかった…

エビの身がぎゅーって詰まってるのにハズレはありません。もう美味しすぎだから。
スープはクラゲと謎な物質がはいっててシュワシュワ、シャキシャキって言う食感でクセになった笑

お肉は角煮が♡味しみしみ〜！ご飯をかきこみたくなりましたが、我慢しました……（ ;ᯅ; ）
お魚料理はサクラマスとズッキーニ、これがまーた、、、
サクラマスっていう鮭なんだけどとろとろ。口の中でとろけまくり。なんだこれ。
炒飯か、坦々麺かどちらかを選ぶんだけど2人で行ったから二つとも頼んで半々に分けて食べたよヽ(^o^)

炒飯も油の旨みといいますか、ぱらぱらして蟹が入ってて旨み旨み旨みの塊
総じてこのランチは旨味の塊で食べ始めから食べ終わりまでずっと幸せでした…
