休日の12時半頃来店。
少し列が出来ていました。
此方のお蕎麦は十割で国産蕎麦を石臼で挽き、
長和川の伏流水を使用した蕎麦との事。

二段に重ねられた蕎麦はボリューム感がある。
蕎麦自体も風味の感じられる濃厚な蕎麦でいいね！
いつもの食べている福井の蕎麦を彷彿させると思ったら今日の蕎麦は福井産でした（笑）
辛汁は江戸前な感じの塩気が強いタイプなのでちょこんとつけて啜るのが良いな。

トロトロ濃厚ではないけど味は出てるね。
【総評】
お蕎麦屋さんは量が少ない店が多いですが、
こちらは二段重ねがデフォルトで＋500円するともう一段追加されます。
味もボリュームも有るので良店かと思います。
