岐阜県岐阜市、JRや名鉄の岐阜駅から8分くらいの距離にあるBAR。土日祝は14:00から開店となっていたので14:00過ぎに行ったら営業していました。
今は会員制で営業しているとのことで氏名など記帳します。
店内はBARの割には酒瓶が少なく見えました。
ア・ラ・カルト(カクテルのねｗ)より、プリフィックスのコース(カクテルのねｗ)のほうがオススメとのことで三杯選べるコースにしました。
非常に悩みましたが、
１モヒート 岐阜甘夏
２ストロベリーマティーニステアード
３アレクサンダー
を選びました。
ちなみに一杯目用が軽め、二杯目、三杯目と強くなるようにメニューに載っているカクテルから選びます。
岐阜甘夏のモヒート
甘夏とミントの爽やかさがとても素晴らしい。普段、バランスが崩れているモヒートに当たることが多いですが、お見逸れしました。めちゃ美味かったです。そして二杯目に進むときにこの空いたモヒートのグラスに水を入れて貰い、チェイサーにするというおしゃれなサービスを受けました。爽やかなチェイサーになりました。
ストロベリーマティーニステアード
最初にクラッシュしたイチゴを血液等の検体を入れる容器にいれて遠心分離機で回し、イチゴの水分部分を分離させてその部分とお酒をステアして出来たカクテル。大きな口広のグラスでいただくと、これまたイチゴ本体よりさわやかな味わい。良いです。
アレキサンダー
メニューに「チョコをブランデーに直接溶かす」って書いてあったので決定。飲んでみると普通のアレキサンダー(ブランデー1/2、カカオリキュール1/4、生クリーム1/4)より明らかに一体感があり美味い。素晴らしいです。
そしてお通しの3点も美味しかった。(お通しは他の方が皆さん書いているので省略)。
なんでもオーナーは自分で蒸留を始めて忙しいそうです。ここはおすすめですｗ。
