岐阜市北部にある焼き肉店。
平日の夜に予約なしでふらっと行ってみました。
牛角やあみやき亭と比べれば高級な焼き肉屋さんです。
コースなどもありましたが、今回は単品でいろいろ注文。
牛肉の本日の赤身、美濃けんとんの豚カルビ、
すだちミョウガごはんをいただきました。
まず本日の赤身、とてもおいしい。
上質なお肉なんでしょう、柔らかで口の中に旨味が広がります。
美濃けんとんの豚カルビ、牛肉と比べればワンランク落ちますが
それでも充分おいしいです。
牛肉独特の肉臭さが苦手な人はこちらがいいでしょう。
そしてすだちミョウガごはん、すだちとミョウガがさっぱりとしていて
ペロッといただけます。
全体的に高級店だなあ、という印象。
注文した品はどれもおいしく
次回来たときはもう少し別のメニューも注文してみたいです。
