どのレビューにしようか迷いましたが

やはり記念レビュー＝お祝いごとが相応しい

ということで

父の80歳の誕生日祝いのレビューにしました*\(^o^)/*

そんな記念レビューで来店したお店がこちら

　　飛騨牛一頭家 馬喰一代 長良本家

実は4年前にも同じく誕生日祝いで利用したのですが（当時の評価は2.9）

かなり昔からあるお店のため店内の老朽化がひどく

両親からもう行きたくないと言われましたσ^_^;

しかし、昨年古い建物が取り壊されて

11月下旬にリニューアルオープンしたとのこと

せっかくなので何かの機会で

そうだ、父の誕生祝いで来店しよう‼︎

と決めていました*\(^o^)/*

数日前に電話予約をしましたがすでに13：30からの席しか空いていないとのこと

やはりすでに人気店のようです

13時頃前に家を出発、20分ほどで到着となりました

以前とは全く別物の新しくて綺麗で立派な建物が完成していました*\(^o^)/*

ちなみに入り口は金ピカな部分ですが（笑）

そのせいで両親はどこから入ったらいいのか分からなかったそうです（笑）

入ってすぐの所に椅子が置いてありますが店員さんが来る気配がなし

これではいつ呼ばれるのか分からないので店内へ

お会計の前は列になっていました

様子を伺っていると別の店員さんが現れて予約している人を案内し始めましたので

僕も予約している旨を告げて待っていると両親もやって来ました

ワインセラーや売店を眺めながら待つこと

素敵な雰囲気の通路を通りながら1番奥の部屋へと案内されました

本来は8人座れるテーブル席で広々とした空間でしたが

今回は我が家3人だけの貸し切り状態でしたので

ゆったりとした気分で過ごすことが出来ました(^_^)v

全メニュー共通なのかな？

テーブル上にはすでに蓋をした生野菜がセットしてありました

今まで来店した他店は全てメニュー表は紙、口頭での注文でしたが

こちらはタブレット端末での注文

スマホを持っていない両親は全く扱えないので代表して僕が内容を見ますが

タブレットでの注文はお年寄りにはちょっと難しいのでは？

さて、実は昨年の僕の誕生日には県庁店に来店し

少し豪華な馬喰ランチを食べさせてもらったのですが

シンプルに焼き肉のみを楽しみたいのであれば

やはりチョイスは王道である

・網焼ランチ　　150g

しかない(*≧∀≦*)

両親も同じメニューにしました

またせっかくの記念日なので両親にはこちらの地ビール８９６（赤・白）を注文

運転手である僕は残念ながら飲めません(ﾉД`)

飲んだらダメ運転、絶対‼︎

さて、まずは生野菜から食べますか*\(^o^)/*

それにしてもとにかく野菜の種類が多い

ニンジン、大根、キュウリ、ごぼう等全10種類くらい入っています

そしてその野菜を引き立てるのがこの味噌(*≧∀≦*)

ピリ辛でメチャクチャ美味しいので

普段は食べないカブやブロッコリーなんかも全く気になりません(^_^)v

この味噌でだったら野菜嫌いな子どもも食べれるんちゃうかな？

次に運ばれて来たのが自家製豆腐

いつもはザルに入った冷奴なのですが

季節を考慮してなのか今回は温豆腐

こういう配慮は嬉しいですね

各自お皿に分けると餡をかけて食べました

そしていよいよお肉の登場です*\(^o^)/*

刺しの入った姿は見た目に美味しそう(*≧∀≦*)

焼き野菜と共に焼いていきます

レア系が嫌いな僕はもちろん良く焼きウェルダン

しかし、この焼き方はお肉によっては当然固くなったりもしますが

食べてみるとメチャクチャ柔らかい╰(*´︶`*)╯♡

両親いわく他店の肉よりも美味しいんじゃないかとのことでしたが

まあここだけ特別ということはないと思いますので

あくまで気のせいだと思われますが

確かにお肉が美味しかったことは間違いなく

思わずお代わりしたくなるレベルでした(*^ω^*)

料理が少しずつお肉、くれたんですけどね（笑）

食後にはアイスクリーム＆パウンドケーキ＆コーヒーゼリーのデザート

これだけ付いてお値段なんと1人2750円

これはかなりお値打ちですよ(*≧∀≦*)

また接客については

男性・女性スタッフさん共にこのお店に相応しい上品な対応でした

父も大変喜んでくれたようで

次回は僕の誕生日祝いでここに再訪しようということとなりました（笑）

ちなみに岐阜にはもう1件、有名な田◯屋というグループがあるのですが

我が家のお気に入りはやはりこちらの馬喰一代グループですね(*^▽^*)

ステキな雰囲気と美味しいお肉を味わえるこちらに

岐阜県内の馬喰一代のオープニング店がおそらくこちらでしょう


うちではいつも各務原店を利用しているのでこちらへの来店は初めてでした(*≧∀≦*)


この日は父の誕生日祝いでやって来ました(^O^)／


実はこちらに来店する前に車を通してあげようと後ろの車に気が付かずバックしてしまい


車をぶつけてしまうトラブルがありました(ﾉД`)


ゆっくりバックしていたので幸い相手の方や両親にも怪我がなくて良かったのですが…


皆さんも車の運転には気をつけましょうね(´･ω･`)


さて、警察の事故検証や相手の方と連絡先の交換をしていたりしたため


思っていたよりも遅い到着となってしまいました


しかしそれでもお店に到着すると結構な待ち時間でした


平日だというのにΣ('◉⌓◉’)


やはり馬喰一代は人気がありますな(*≧∀≦*)


そこそこ待つこと店内へ案内され1番奥のテーブル席へ


うちは馬喰一代へ来店する時のメニューはいつも焼き肉ランチです(*^▽^*)


まずは生野菜とサラダが到着*\(^o^)/*


続いてお豆腐が到着( ^ω^ )


そしてお待ちかねのお肉の到着となります(*≧∀≦*)


もちろん焼き野菜も付いてますよ*\(^o^)/*


こちらのお肉は安いのにすごく柔らかくて美味しいんですよね〜╰(*´︶`*)╯♡


まぁこの値段では飛騨牛は出してもらえないだろうから


国産牛といったところでしょうがそれでも十分満足のできるお肉ですね♪( ´▽｀)


食後にはデザートも付きます(о´∀`о)


こちらのランチはかなりお値打ちだと思いますし


それゆえに平日でもお客さんが並ぶお店なんでしょうねo(^▽^)o


ただ今回は残念な出来事がありまして…

今まで各務原店には何回も来店してますがこんなことは1度もありませんでしたねΣ('◉⌓◉’)


店内のスタッフさん達は頑張っていたのに


こういうスタッフさんが1人でもいると残念ながら評価は下がっちゃいますよね(´･ω･`)


ちなみにメニュー内容は同じなので


両親は店内を比べて各務原店の方が新しくて雰囲気が良いと言ってましたので


うちの家族でこちらに来店することはもうないかと思われますσ^_^;


ちょっと残念な父の誕生日祝いとなってしまいました(^^;)
