ここに行くために岐阜へ行っても良いと言える名店
11時半オープン目指して並び始める。
予約ありの人だけ通される。予約していなかった客は私たちだけ。
予約している人も開店前から並ぶほど旨いのかと期待できる。
さすが食べログ上位のお店。
待っている際に、飛騨牛の生産農家の名前が掲示されていて、直接仕入れをしている様子がよくわかった。
10分程度待ったら通していただいた。
焼肉とすき焼きと通してもらう部屋が違うようで、焼肉は2階に案内してもらえた。
部屋の名称は、信長、美濃、道三など、細かい演出がファンにはたまらない気遣い。
馬喰ランチ@3000円税抜きと、武将ランチ@2800円税抜きを注文。
違いは、
肉の寿司馬喰ランチは2貫(ハラミ)、武将ランチは1貫(サーロイン)
肉の種類、馬喰ランチは1種類のみ
カニクリームコロッケと肉しぐれ煮が馬喰ランチに付く

1人で行く時は個人的には武将ランチがオススメ。
前菜の野菜スティックや、おばんざいは冷たくて美味しく、おぼろ豆腐は甘い餡をかけて優しく食べる。
メインの焼肉は少し炙る程度で火が通り、とろけるような食感。
ライスはおかわり無料だが、3杯くらいベロっといけそう。
デザートはミニチーズケーキ。
はちきれるくらい満腹になるので、ほかも食べ歩こうと思っている方は要注意(笑)

11時半オープンの数分前からゾロゾロと地元にお勤めの様子な方々が現れてすっかり行列に。
私は12時に事前予約しており、早く着いたので30分早く入らせてもらいましたが、予約しててよかったなと。
馬喰ランチ3300円を食す。ご飯はおかわり自由。お肉がとろけるほど柔らかく、お肉はこの量で十分堪能。生野菜もおいしくいただけて大満足。
