上質な大トロの臭みがないような味。
肉の臭みがなく、
大トロですと言われたら分からないかも知れない。
握りは口の中でとろけるような柔らかさなので、あまり噛まなくても食べれるかも知れない。
一貫食べることに極上の体験ができる。
肉や魚は鮮度が命だとつくづく思う。
冷麺のレベルも高い。
麺あっさり、スープもあっさりなので、焼肉を注文した後の締めの冷麺としては最強の相性になるのではないかと思います。
