飛騨牛の頂点である「最とび牛」を堪能できるこちらでランチ。オーダーした飛騨牛ロースの霜降り具合は美しすぎて焼くのがもったいないと感じるほど。網に乗せると瞬時に脂に着火。口に入れると蕩けて脂の甘味が口内に広がる。ランチでこのクオリティならディナーではどんなお肉が楽しめるのか。どうやら銀座にも店舗があるようなのでディナーで行ってみたい。
