岐阜で評判のお店にお邪魔しました。
早めに家を出たものの一宮で渋滞にハマってしまいお店についたのが12:30過ぎ。ウェイティングシートには7組くらいの待ちはあったものの蕎麦は回転が早いからと勝手に思いこみ携帯番号を書き駐車場で待つことに。
店内に呼ばれたのが１時間半後。店内で待つことさらに40分。
予約されることをオススメします。
私は好物の舞茸天と文庫蕎麦二盛り。
彼は海老天重と冷かけそばのセットです。
待っただけあって熱々で提供された舞茸の天ぷらはとても香りよくサクサクというよりパリっとカリカリ。量もたっぷりで一人では食べ切れません。
彼の天重も揚げたてで美味しそうでした。
お蕎麦は粒がしっかりみえるほど粗く挽かれた十割そば。
長さはかなり短めで啜るというよりつまむ感じ。
しっかり噛み締めてもこの季節のせいか蕎麦の香りや旨味が弱い。
辛口で濃いめの辛汁に落ちてしまった蕎麦はしょっぱくなるので慎重に。
残念だったのは山葵。山わさびほど強い。
蕎麦湯は後だてではなくサラサラの茹で湯。
次に訪れる時は予約して他のメニューを頼んでみたいとおもいます。
