岐阜出張の最後は、こちらにお世話になりました。
山形の郷土料理を楽しみつつ、絶品のお蕎麦をいただきました。
提供時間が長いのは御愛嬌。。
焼き味噌、蔵王の玉こんにゃくも美味しかった。
玉こんにゃく、豆腐の揚げたもの、天ぷら、煮物、蕎麦も美味しい。
日本酒が合う料理。
今日は二度目の来訪
以前仕事で岐阜に来て、その時に食べたのが忘れられず、また岐阜で仕事があった為、チャンスとばかりに来てしまった。
