JR岐阜駅から歩いて少し
山形蕎麦のお店です
店内は落ち着いた雰囲気ですね
テーブル席がメインのお店です
今年初めての新蕎麦はこちらになりました
旬にして純との事
山形産の二八のお蕎麦
勿論、板蕎麦で頂きます
おそばは細麺の蕎麦ですが
香りはそれ程という感じですね
少ししっかりとした食感のお蕎麦です
田舎そばメインの自分のイメージの
山形のお蕎麦とは少し感じが違いましたが
これはこれでいいのです
残念なのは蕎麦湯が早く来てしまう事
この次期まだ寒くはないですが
やはり蕎麦湯はアツアツで頂きたい
改めてそんな事を思います
美味しくいただきました
