お正月に、開いているお店を、検索していたところ、お寿司が、食べたくなり、当日に、予約できた、ひしの寿司さんに、訪問。
お正月だけあって、満席。
相方は、雲丹が食べたくて、特上握りに雲丹があるか、店員さんにきいたら、"知りません"との事。聞いて欲しいとお願いしたところ、あるとの事。特上握りと私は、おまかせ握りを注文。
でてきたら、いくらの上に、少しのっているだけ！雲丹の寿司ではないよね。
味は、いいだけに、最低限の知識は、もって仕事してほしい❗️
後蛤とキノコの蟹あんかけを、注文。
味は、いいが、あまり暖かく無く、器触っても、冷たいまま。温めてないんだね。
以上の点からも、お客さんに対するお店姿勢が、垣間見れました。味はいいだけに残念です。
