食べログで岐阜駅周辺の飲み屋を探すと同店がヒット。
食べログで予約をして時間より少し前に到着すると、カウンター席の一番奥に通される。
一人飲みの先客もいたので、ホッとして一人飲みスタート。
県外からだと伝え、お薦めメニューをお聞きすると明宝ハムと明方ハムの食べ比べと、漬けもんのステーキを勧められる。
その2つの料理は時間がかかるらしく、時間のかからない(調理済み)のおばんざい料理を薦められたのでポテトサラダを注文。
料理・・・大して技術の必要としない料理が多いが、岐阜の名物を取り入れているので観光客にはとても受けるだろう。
お通しの煮卵はお通しレベルではない。GOOD！
ポテトサラダは大きくカットしたニンジンやじゃがいもが入っているので、手作り感もあって美味しい。
お酒・・・岐阜のお酒も取り揃え、ビール、ワイン、ハイボールと言った一般的なお酒も飲めるのは良い。ただし。店がてんやわんやだと、ドリンクは10分以上出てこないので飲み終わる前に次の飲み物を頼んだ方が良いかも。
明宝、明方ハムの食べ比べは面白いけど一度で飽きる。
漬けもんステーキは、高山の名物とのことで、観光客には嬉しい。ヘルシーさもあり、常連になったら必ず頼むかな。
接客・・・女性４人で全てを回すので、柔らかい接客は受けられる。
設え・・・雰囲気はとてもよく、一人飲みでもゆったりと出来る。
コスパ・・・軽めの料理三品、グラスビール、冷酒(グラス)、ハイボール各1杯で、滞在時間1時間で5000円弱は正直高い。
総評・・・自分が訪問した日は調理、ホールを３人の女性だけで切り盛りしていたが、途中からカウンター席はほぼ埋まり、テーブル席もお客さんが入っていて、奥の席にも宴会客が入っていた。
しかも宴会客は飲み放題。
明らかにキャパオーバー。まさにてんやわんやの状態。ドリンクをオーダーしてもなかなか届かないし、完全に店が回っていない。
調理専門スタッフがいないから大女将がほぼ一人で調理している。
あと二人スタッフいても通常は回るかどうかなのにこの状態では完全にお客さんに迷惑をかける。
郷土食もあり手作り感満載で接客も設えも良いのに、スタッフが少なく店が回せていないのがこの店最大の欠点。
なかなか人材を確保出来ない、人件費をかけられない事情があるなら、お客さんの受け方を考えた方が良いと思う。正直、営業的には素人レベルだと思う。
