This is my first business trip to Gifu Prefecture this year. This time, I went on a one-night trip with my senior colleague, as we were also visiting and greeting our suppliers. We were both looking forward to a meal after work, and after a smooth finish, we went to this first place. We made a reservation at 5pm, so the restaurant was still quiet. We ordered a beer. After that, we ordered vinegared motsu and Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) soy sauce flavor. 30 minutes after ordering, no food was served. A little later, the vinegared motsu finally came. Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) came even later. The food was delicious, so we paid the bill thinking that if the food had been served a little earlier, we could have ordered more. Thank you for the meal.
